Transformations 4 Life
Transformations 4 Life

Eight weeks to understand your body differently.

Work through the five signals one at a time, in the order that makes sense for your biology. You'll learn how light and darkness, nourishment, movement, stress, and recovery are influencing the way you feel, and how to recognize the patterns your body has been showing you all along.

By the end, you'll know what to look for, what questions to ask, and where to begin when something feels off.

Every class is recorded, and the recording stays in your account for good.

Why she teaches this

She went looking underneath the advice she had been given, and what she found is what she now teaches.

I did everything I had been taught to do and gained 50 pounds. Then I went looking underneath the advice. About 12 weeks later the weight was gone and my energy was back.

What changes, and when

By week two, many women are already noticing a difference. By week eight, they understand why.

Each signal builds on the one before it, so you're not trying to change everything at once. You begin with the foundations that influence the rest: light and darkness, nourishment, recovery, stress, and movement.

As the weeks go on, you start to notice patterns, what helps your energy, what affects your sleep, how food changes the way you feel, and why the exercise that once worked may no longer be the right signal for your body now.

You stop following rules blindly and start understanding what your body is responding to.

What she teaches

Start with the eight weeks.

You buy it once and it is yours. Every recording stays in your account, and nothing renews.

  • The Primal Signal Method

An eight week group course built on five signals: light, food, movement, stress and sleep. Twenty seats, taught live on Wednesday evenings, and every class stays yours afterwards.

    • $500
    • yours to keep

Next cohort begins Wednesday, October 7, Wednesdays at 4:30 pm Central.

Who is teaching this

Julie Wilcoxson

A Nutrition Therapy Practitioner in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who was a personal trainer for most of her adult life before that.

She did everything she had been taught to do, gained fifty pounds, and went looking underneath the advice.

She would rather you understood your own body than kept coming back to her.
